Mascarpone Brownies

While I was looking for ways to use up my extra tub of mascarpone, I came across a delicious looking brownie recipe. Having never made brownies before, I had to try!

AND THEY’RE REALLY, REALLY GOOD. They have a rich chocolate flavor but the mascarpone helps keep the texture lighter and moist and ahh they’re really tasty, trust me!
